This is a 6 week GYM-BASED glute/leg focused program that's meant to tone and provide definition throughout your body.
It will include:
- 5 intensive workouts: 3 leg days, 2 upper body days, increasing intensities each week
- Accessible videos and descriptions to each exercise.
